Last year, when I was in Florida, Mom’s neighbor lent us some costumes and I dressed up like a pumpkin. When I went to visit her house, they invited us to have a try of the ghost house. When I got close to the ghost house, some smoke shoot out from the side, I was scared very much and jumped up and screamed out. I thought something was going to attack me. That was my first Halloween. We had a lot of fun.
When the kids came to mom’s house for trick and treat, I was supposed to hand them candy. But for some reason, I was afraid to see how funny or how scary their costumes were, I did not go out. This made honey go out and hand them candy and said I was useless.
I think, all the festivals are mainly for children. To enjoy the festivals, there are two things, the spirit or the mood and the food. Halloween is the best time for children to enjoy the imagination
Some days, we bought our first pumpkin in NY. I cooked it. It was cooked with pork for a long time. But honey said it tasted like pork, though he just wanted to taste the pumpkin.
