A long time ago, I bought back some green beans from the Lee’s market. Suddenly the idea of sprout the beans by myself comes to my head. Soon I put the beans into the water for one night.

The second morning when I looked at that, from every bean there is a small comes out.

And then the third day the sprouts become longer.

After one week, we ate that. Honey said that was very delicious.  That is really 100% organic.

And then we bought some beans from price chopper, we did in the same way. It seems that that beans were heated up. The sprout did not come out.

It is always helpful to learn some special skills. In our career, if you have some specials, you are always the person who gets a job quickly. In our life, if you knew some of the medical knowledge, you family would benefit from you a lot. If you had got hurt in some day, the special skills you learned would help out of the trouble.

It is weekend again. In the morning we called mom and Mawmaw.

They told us that in Florida today it is already 95 degree. That is really hot.

In New York, we still feel cold, sometime we are still using heater. In the morning, for sometimes we had to clean the frost off the car.

Those are two places that have opposite extreme weather. There is no winter in Florida, no summer in New York.

Then we had bull liver for lunch.
