Japan is really a convenient country. You can almost get anything at any time. There are a lot of convenient stores everywhere, which open for 24 hours.
You can get drink from vending machines whenever you are thirst.
Also I found interesting thing. You can get condoms from the vending machines. There was a more interesting machine near where I live. The condoms were sorted according to your blood type, ie, there are A B AB and O types condoms there. I did not understand how that works.

business housing

When I was in Japan, I stayed in some very famous laboratory for a little while. Now I feel I can benefit from that experience for my whole life.
The most impressive thing for the lab environment is that there is some business housing stuff there. You know if you want somebody really do good research for you, it is a good idea to give them a nice environment. In that lab, students could lie down for a little while if they got tired. Also there are some students bringing their rice cooker to the lab and cook in the lab because there was a neat kitchen in every lab, not like some fake professor who slaves the students and does not take the students as human.

doctor again

Posted on May 8th, 2008 in Arts & Humanities, Recreation & Sports, Society & Culture, health, life by jiajun925

Today I went to see doctor again. For a long time I just feel there is a whole opened in the top of my head after I stood in the snowstorm for 2 hours. My legs feel cold too. Everyday when my head becomes cold, my brain really does not work anymore. I was broken.

So I went to see doctor. But the doctor said she could do nothing for me to make my nerve get better quickly. Another 15 bucks were gone.

I believe, Chinese doctor could do something for such case, because traditional Chinese medical science focuses on changing your health from the interior of the body. and Western medicine focuses on using chemical medicine. If they could not see the bad part, they could write out a prescription,ie, they could not know how to give you the medicine.

What kind of sports do you like?

Posted on May 8th, 2008 in Arts & Humanities, Recreation & Sports, Society & Culture, dream, life by jiajun925

I like doing sports very much. I like playing basketball, volleyball, badminton and tennis. And I like watching games on TV very much, such as volleyball, NBA Basketball, soccer football and so on. Also I like visiting the football picks and join some of the discussion with other people.
You know, You Ming is like a national star in China. Now in every city of China, you probably can see his commercial everywhere. I am his fan too. Watching NBA Basketball is really exciting. They are like superman. When you watch your favorite team or member getting score, it is like that they are making your dreams come true. What kind of sports do you like? And who are you supporting for?

I want to be a trillionaire

I want to be a trillionaire so that I can take care of my family. I want them to go to school without borrowing money from other people. I want to give them nice health insurance when they are sick.

If I have money, I want to build an elementary school and a middle school in my hometown without charging the students any tuition fees.

If I have money I want to build a high school in Loudi city that will not discriminate the countryside students.

If I have money, I want to build a university where I will hire the real researchers and best researchers from the world and let the students choose what they want to learn.

If I have money, I have a lot of things to do.

If I do not have money, I have more things to do than the case that I have money, because first I have to get the money.

socialspark

In our world, if you want to be successful, it is better to join some social network. Do you have a blog? Are you wondering how to make more friends with other blogers? I was invited to join SocialSpark, soon I created a profile Row Row Row Your Boat…. and submitted my blog to it. You guess what happened, soon there are some bloggers sending friends request to me. I was so happy about that.
I am eager to wait for my blog get verified now. I already submitted my blog more than one week.
And there is a little thing I do not understand. SocialSpark looks like another version of enlarged payperpost. Payperpost was already there, I was wondering why not just add the new functions to payperpost. And SocialSpark was a little bit slow and the design was a little bit confusing.
