TOKYO (AP) -- Political turmoil in Tibet has forced Yuichiro Miura, a 75-year-old Japanese adventurer, to change the route of his bid next month to become the oldest man to scale Mount Everest, his office said Monday.

........What I am thinking about from above..........

This morning, when I read the news, I saw that in Paris  the Olympic fire was turned off.  So sad to know about that.

For me, country is like a big family. If one of the household wanted to go out from the family, just let it go.

For example, Taiwan, just let it go. They can go to find their new father or new mother or new husband or become bitch of anybody. Some time, people like being bitch of other country. The mainland feeds it and got "I hate you" back. Nobody in the Mainland enjoyed the relation with Taiwan.

In other countries, I have the same idea, let Okinawa be free, let Hawaii be free, let Scotland be free, let Alaska be free, let northern territories (the islands of Etorofu, Kunashiri, Shikotan and Habomai) be free.

I think I enjoy without any countries. So we do not need to change passport or get visa to go to some places.

global warming

Posted on April 8th, 2008 in Science, life by jiajun925

In pace with the industrialization and Modernization, global warming is becoming a big problem. When you are walking in a street, you can see waste gas or steam coming from the car. In a big factory, you can see dirty water came out with strong smell. The less human pay attention to the environment, the warmer the earth is going to be. We hope everybody come to protect our earth.

Wife of official tied to bribery scandal offered sweet job at related institute

A construction company adviser who was arrested for bribing a senior Education Ministry official allegedly introduced the official's wife to a job at a construction organization, it has been learned.

........What I am thinking about from above..........

I do believe, 90% of the people accept  bribery. Some people live on bribery. Some people become rich by accepting bribery. Also people probably lose all they have because of accepting bribery. Also there are some people were sentenced to death because of accepting bribery.

People love money. People love wealth. It is difficult to refuse that when you know that it is really a big lure to you.

The people who do not accept  bribery could not get higher or more important position. The people who do not accept bribery would not get promoted in the industry. The people in the same industry do not like the people who do not accept bribery.

clocks

Posted on April 8th, 2008 in Entertainment, house, life, travel by jiajun925

I ever had a small clock from my brother. When I tried to apply for the Ph.D test in China, he gave me that for me to use in the test. I used that for a long time. That was a good memory. Clock is witness of time. Clock is witness of memory. Clock is a memory of life.
When we move into the new house, we are going to buy some clocks to decorate our house. For example, we can put some nice wall clocks on the wall.
I never met all of my grandfathers. Maybe I could get a
grandfather clocks. Clocks are good decoration for the house.
