We came to live in New York from last December. It has been almost 4 months. We are living in an apartment. Apartment sometime is good, because you need not to pay tax for the house. You know, the house tax in New York is really high. When living in an apartment, we can hear everything that the neighbor did. We decided to buy a house. We are totally new about this area. So first we find New York real estate agents  to help us. We wanted to know the newest information of the houses for sale everyday. It seems that Prudential Douglas Elliman is New York’s Largest Real Estate Company. They have 60 offices serving 350 communities from Manhattan to Montauk, guaranteeing the continuity of one company helping each purchaser explore housing throughout New York City, Long Island and the Hamptons.

when I was in high school (5) — cubic Tofu

Posted on March 28th, 2008 in School, education, life, travel by jiajun925

when I was in high school, I lived in the dormitory for 3 years.  Every month I went back for one time to bring rice back. The students brought the rice and gave that to the cafeteria and then the cafeteria would give some food ticket (exactly it was rice tickets) back. So the cafeteria just cooked for us. Normally, the rice was cooked to a cubic, which looked like a cubic Tofu.

Because we lived in the dormitory. every thing we did had to be done according to the demands and request of the school. The quilt also had to be folded up, which also looked like Tofu. If you did not do that, the score of the moral subject would be lower.

Viagra

Internet is great. It can protect your private. You can buy nothing without people looking at you. You also can something your like without showing your hesitation in front of people.
I had an embarrassing story. Once I had a Japanese boyfriend. We went to China together. He could not sleep so well every night. He asked me to show him some Chinese herbs. Before that, I was so healthy that I had never been to any pharmacy store or go to see doctor. So I had no idea about all kinds of stores in the street that were suddenly there after some years when I went to back to China. For example, some stores named健生. That was a new word. I thought that the meaning was healthy life. So I said we could go into that and have a look. The store was in front of super market. I thought that should be fine. But he seemed that he did not want to go into that. I did not understand why he needed to fight with me. So I said, “I go in by myself now, to get the herbs for you.” Some people looked at me. After I went into the store, I did not see so much stuff in that. I asked the lady, the lady told me that they only sold sexy toys there.
It was pretty embarrassing.
Because of the internet, every thing becomes much easier and comfortable. If some people need Viagra, you can go to the internet, and buy Viagra online at eDrugstore.md. It was so convenient because the stuff you brought can be Delivered right to your door.

when I was in high school (4) — bicycle

Posted on March 28th, 2008 in Uncategorized by jiajun925

After my brother coached me how to ride bicycle one time, I had the permission to use his bicycle. But I did not know how to use the break of the bicycle. I heard something that if you only break the front, maybe the back wheel, it would fly out on a slope. When I rode a bicycle, I had to use the curb to stop my bicycle. Since I did not know how to use break, of course I did not know how to stop.

One day, I was riding bicycle. I cam to big street with many people around there. What should I do? If I hurt other people, I had no money. The only way was to jump of the bicycle. So I flied the bicycle out and my body out too.

All the people looked at me. I was on the ground hurt very badly. I hurt people were saying “what happed to her, her bicycle does have break…”

Auto Refinancing Loans

For normal people who are living on their salary, when we buy a car, we always get a loan. And then we have to pay it back month by month from the salary we earned. If we could pay it back more than the monthly account, we could pay less interest. That is the merit of getting a loan. Have you even heard Auto Refinancing Loans? It is to provide new financing or new financing for, as by discharging a mortgage with the proceeds from a new mortgage obtained at a lower interest rate.
For example, rateGenius has simplified the automotive refinancing process to help you save you thousands on your current auto loan, skip up to 60 days of monthly payments, and lower your interest - all at no cost to you.
