the genius in American idol 2008

Posted on February 28th, 2008 in life, song by jiajun925

we found the youngest boy, David Archuleta, is a genius singer in American idol 2008.

<David Archuleta>

we have watched American idol show for two years. This year we did not see great people. In the first shows when people sing to get to Hollywood, I found that a lot of people have blind confidence. Maybe that is the way that American parents bring up children. The parents always encourage their children to do the thing that the children like. Even it is obviously or absolutely so bad that other people will laugh at them or the judges, especially like Simon would shit from his mouth if the singing was really bad.

Get The Right Training

Posted on February 28th, 2008 in business by jiajun925

When we want to do something new, we are supposed to get used to that as soon as possible. But since we are new to that, in most of the cases, we’d better to get some training to know about the new area before we really deal with that. So in our world, there are a lot of training courses. Maybe you got trained to be a chef, or get trained to an architect, or get trained to be a language teacher, or just join the army to get some experience for the future. When I was in China, I had to go to the army for 20 days for the military training, which does not mean to make me become a real soldier. It was just some kind of experience. But some experience is playing a very import role in my life now.

In the future, maybe you want to become a salesman. Sales Courses will help you to get some good knowledge on that.

snow storm

Posted on February 27th, 2008 in New York, life by jiajun925

It is near to March now. I thought the snow season would be over. No, No, No. I was wrong. Yesterday I went out for some English class from 11:30. At that time, it was just snowing a little bit. It was like this.

spring is close?

< spring is close? >

After the class was over at 2:30, I came out, the world totally changed. It was like this.

snow storm

<snow storm>

I came out by bus. I was going to take bus back. I waited, waited, waited, I did not see the #61 go through the bus station. I thought maybe I missed the bus. I still waited, waited. I kept being the only person in the bus station for 2 or 3 times. After one hour, I asked one lady, “Do you know the #61 comes here?” She said “NO”. oh my god. That is one of the goofy thing in New York now. When I came, the bus stopped here, but the bus does not come back to the same street.

I got off the bus at Clinton St. I was standing there for the bus to come back.

#61

< #61 >

After one hour, I called honey to pick me up. He said yes. I thought he would come in 10 minutes. I waited waited and waited. He was not coming. I thought he was really slow. After I stood in snow for another hour. Honey came. He said the main road was closed and he had to choose other road, but the GPS in the mobile kept telling him to go far away. He got on some highway where the speed limit was 170km/h. My god, the GPS tried to make him go to Canada in such big snow storm. He said it was very dangerous. He thought, maybe he could not see that lady anymore.

Medical bracelet

Posted on February 27th, 2008 in health by jiajun925

Time is life. In some emergency case, saving your time is like saving your life. When something that you did not expect happened suddenly, maybe you got hurt. So after you were sent to the hospital for treatment, the quicker the doctor could get your personal medical information, the quicker you would get the proper treatment. Here Medical Alert gives you a good idea. How about put your medical into some bracelet or necklace. It looks like smart and also it is smart idea.

Ideal world

Posted on February 23rd, 2008 in New York, life, travel, weather by jiajun925

what is the ideal place for us to live? Recently we were thinking about that.

After we moved to NY from 11/31 2007, everyday it was snowing. Maybe it will continue until March or April. It is like almost half of the year is winter and hibernation. The problem is that honey fell down this week in the parking place. How god can see cute people fall down. Really, the snow looks beautiful, but it is not so friendly to live with.

snow in NY

< snow in NY >

In Florida, I think, almost the whole year is summer. It is a good place for people to have their holiday there, but for me, neither is it a place for me to live. Because, in my life, I never had fan blowing on me at night or with the air conditioner on at night. And I am always worrying about that the fan on the ceiling is going to fall of at anytime.

heat in FL

< heat in FL >

we have to get a house in a place where there is neither snow nor heat.

or we have to go a place where it is warm in the winter and then we come back to NY in the summer.

My English Level

Posted on February 22nd, 2008 in life by jiajun925

When I was in high school, I already read a lot of books that my brother had for applying for TOEFL. At that time, I think, I could talk to people in English very well. After I went to University, my major was Japanese. So from morning to night, 24 hours, we had to study Japanese. Even suddenly in some nights, I remembered I was speaking the stupid Japanese. There were no chance for me to touch my English.

And then, after I went to Japan, the chance to touch my English went so far away from me. The English from Japanese students’ mouths was so bad that you would feel crazy, and feel sick,  and believe that English was an extinction language in the world.

In the end, the more I was good at Japanese, the further I was away from English.

Now, I come back to study English again, but I do not know how long it will take to get me back to the level I reached when I was a high school student.

Prison break

Posted on February 20th, 2008 in life, movie by jiajun925

prison break

“After getting himself incarcerated in Fox River State Penitentiary to free his wrongly accused brother, Lincoln Burrows, Michael Scofield is now on the loose–along with his brother and six other convicts. Set to uncover the $5 million hidden by D.B. Cooper, the escapees attempt to evade capture–being tailed by both Captain Brad Bellick and FBI Special Agent Alexander Mahone.” from  Prison Break TV Show

The TV show of the third season of Prison break was over again. It was ended in a very peaceful way. In the museum, finally LJ comes back to his father, Lincoln. But whistler’s girl friend gave up on Whistler now. T-bag was becoming a hero in the prison. He was an excellent actor of murdering people, in the end he even got a beautiful girl friend. and the clue of the show, that book was in his pocket now. Even though the show was in a spent force, it was a good show. now I am waiting to watch the next season now.

health

Posted on February 20th, 2008 in health, life by jiajun925

Health situation is like a mountain.

Before 30, you try to climb to the top of the mountain, and you are very healthy all the time. Some time you would like to stand or walk in the rainstorm to show how healty you were. Even some time you got a cold, maybe just stayed in bed for one night, then you would feel better.

But after 30, now you have face to come down off the mountain. Because of the gravity, you are rolling off even you do not want to come off. Some time even gentle breeze could cause you cough for half a month. Some time, the sickness just came out from nowhere.

rankings

Posted on February 19th, 2008 in blog, life by jiajun925

today when I looked my rankings of my site. There was a big change there. Yesterday my ranking in Alexa was 3370565, today it was 4370565. Wow! how this happens? and the RealRank was 2051.

And I did not have Available Opportunities for some days.

It is said that there was some relation between payperpost and google AdSense.

Google checkmates PayPerPost

“Google is taking a stand against covert marketing like PayPerPost.”

that sounds a little bit sneaky. Anyway if I am not making so much money from google ads, maybe I would like to delete all the ads sponsored by google.

singing pot

Posted on February 17th, 2008 in life, music by jiajun925

A long time ago we got a pot in some garage sale in Florida. It was in well condition. After we moved to NY, honey uses that to keep the coffee warm. And it works well too. But recently I found some interesting thing. The pot sings. The rhythm was not the ” I’m a little teapot”. It changes all the time. Today it was

di da di~,

di da da~

a, da da

some time, it sounds like someone was whispering, some time it sounds like a man was whistling.
singing pot

PS. the lyrics of “I’m a little teapot”

I’m a little teapot
Short and stout
Here’s my handle, here’s my spout
When the kettle’s boiling
Hear me shout
Tip me up and pour me out
I’m a little teapot
Short and stout
Here’s my handle, here’s my spout
When the kettle’s boiling
Hear me shout
Tip me up and pour me out
