借花敬佛–从他乡祭祀奶奶和外婆

Posted on November 26th, 2007 in life, travel by jiajun925

Re-recognition of the inventor — Thomas Edison

Posted on November 9th, 2007 in New York, dream, education, life by jiajun925

I could not remember what time I got to know the American inventor’s name, Thomas Edison, who patented more than a thousand inventions, among them the microphone (1877), the phonograph (1878), and an incandescent lamp (1879). In New York City he installed the world’s first central electric power plant (1881-1882). But I thought I could remember the last time. It should be in high school, if you wanted to go to arts university in China, you had to choose a subject, history. I wanted to go to University very much, because that is the only way for the people to run out from the hell. so I had to try hard to remember everything in the book. Not because the local people are stupid, just because the region discrimination, even in the whole country, the same test, even if you wanted to go the same dam university, maybe the students born in Beijing can go with 400 scores, but for the local people, e.g. you have to get 580 score. ..when it comes to the education in China, damn it, it is totally obscurant education.

So I had to remember everything in the books to go to university.

Recently, the name of great American inventor, Thomas Edison, came into brain, I got shocked, what a great person, who patented more than a thousand inventions, among them the microphone (1877), the phonograph (1878), and an incandescent lamp (1879).

Is it the hell whose fault, that China is so backward.

in China, more than 85% are very very smallholders, do you think their brains become dumb dumb, or got tortured?

In my hometown, Loudi, which is a city that is near to Chairman Mao’s home, half a year ago, my parents finally could buy a  small refrigerator and a TV.

I pray, the tragedy would be all over as soon as possible.

Look at the tree, if it is red, it will be red as raging fire. if it is yellow, it will be yellow as gold, green as Christmas tree. That is real Christmas tree.

Apartment hunting in New York (colorful world) 2

Posted on November 9th, 2007 in Nature, New York, life, travel by jiajun925

Actually the colorful trees swept us off their feet with poetic grace, with picturesque villages. At our first sight. we were intoxicated. we went to the first apartment, we like that, soon we applied for that. In the second day, we got approved. So the apartment hunting was over so quickly.

so in the next step, we just random drove to some parks to enjoy the natural creation.

This week we came to Albany to get an apartment. When we were in Florida, the weather began to become a little bit cold. But we still just put on one T-shirt. In the plane, it was a little bit bumpy. When we got close to the Albany, and we looked at the ground. It was a colorful world there.

White Sweetie

Posted on November 3rd, 2007 in Nature by jiajun925

This morning, we heard a big din and panicky from over the street. At the same time we saw fuzzball came back over the street with something in her mouth. Oh, my god, what is that?

It seemed that she was in a success. When she came close. we saw that. it was a baby chicken. She caught (stole? hunted? murdered?) a baby chicken from the neighbor. Maybe she was trying to present that to her sugar daddy. you know, she loves him more than me. She put it down. The poor litter baby chicken was still alive. She tried to run away, but how she could do that near fuzzball’s mouth. She was going to play with that until it got exhausted.

We went out to get the poor baby. and you know, a lot of people here who are Spanish ancestry DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH。 We thought to send the chicken back. but no way. Later we called the animal center, and a lady came to bring the poor chicken back, she said they were going to keep it. GOD BLESS HER.

By the way, in my hometown, the kitty captured a rabbit that was bigger than the cat itself and ate the head off it and tried to pull that back home. When my father saw that, he picked up the left part, and cooked that. That was the first time he ever had rabbit.
