In Japan, it is very easy to know who is high school student, who is middle school student according to the uniforms they wear.
During the weekdays, you can see many young uniform girls strolling everywhere even though they should be in their schools. They are drinking coffee, talking with people, shopping, calling sb, and so on.
In China, we had full time at middle school from 8:00~17:00, and we had full time at high school too, I could never skip any classes.
I do not know how the Japanese high school or middle school girl students can do that, where their money comes from, why the schools do not care about that, or could not control that, why their parents can endure that. It is the same everywhere in the whole country.
Specially, their miniskirts become more short in some time, some time you can see their big legs or their panty when they riding bicycles in the wind or down the slope.
